Job Description Arco Fleet Maintenance Ltd t/a Arco Ford is recruiting multiple Mechanical Engineers for their premises at Unit 5 Dunshaughlin Business Park, Dunshaughlin Meath, Ireland A85 H732. The salary range starts from€36,000 to €56,000 based on a 39‑hour week. Salary will increase proportionally if additional hours are required. Salary offered will be based on relevant experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and improve mechanical systems and components.

Conduct inspections, diagnostics, and performance evaluations of mechanical equipment.

Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and reports.

Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical systems.

Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

Troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement corrective solutions.

Maintain accurate engineering and maintenance documentation.

Work collaboratively with technicians, fitters, and other departments.

Key Requirements

Be a qualified Mechanical Engineer with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

Applicants must have a good command of the English language.

Must possess strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, technical competence, and effective teamwork and communication abilities.
