The successful candidate should have managerial experience within the high-volume convenience retail industry, preferably in a forecourt environment. Responsibilities of the Store Manager

Drive sales, service, productivity and maintain excellent standards throughout the store.

Manage all aspects of the day-to-day business operations of the service station, ensuring the team is motivated, objectives are achieved and standards are high.

Grow existing business and initiate improvements, ensuring sales, margin and other assigned targets are achieved.

Ensure that the store’s management team are trained appropriately and to the highest standard.

Deal with staffing issues which will include onboarding and termination processes, recruitment, selection, conducting appraisals and performance reviews.

Maintain merchandising and presentation of store at the highest standard.

Keep the store up to date on all Health&Safety, HACCP and other legal requirements and implement these within the store.

Drive the Corrib Oil Values through ensuring the delivery of Olympic gold standard customer service.

Demonstrate accuracy and punctuality with all reporting.

Practice excellent stock control and management processes.
