Description
We are expanding our accounts team and require a Full-Time accounts person to join us.

Job Description

Accurately record and post daily financial transactions.

Process accounts payable invoices and reconcile supplier balances against statements.

Verify accuracy of invoices and delivery dockets and follow up on credit notes.

Complete accurate daily bank postings and reconciliations.

Process payroll hours efficiently and in line with deadlines.

Monitor and manage accounts receivable, ensuring timely collections.

Maintain detailed and accurate financial records on a daily basis.

Record and track project costs across multiple sites.

Support HR and administration with timesheets and expenses.

Assist in developing and improving finance systems and processes.

Requirements

Strong knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, including accounts payable/receivable.

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a busy accounts or bookkeeping role.

Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

Ability to adapt, multitask, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
