Location: Roscommon Town (Onsite)
Paul Byron Shoes are seeking a highly organised and detail-focused Inventory&Stock Coordinator to join our growing team based at our Head Office in Roscommon Town.
This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate who enjoys working with systems, stock administration, organisation, and operational coordination within a fast-paced retail and warehouse environment.
Working closely with Warehouse Operations, Allocation, Buying, and Stores, the successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day administration and coordination of stock processes across the business.
This role would suit someone who is highly organised, comfortable working with data and systems, and enjoys ensuring things are accurate, structured, and running efficiently behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities
Create and maintain Purchase Orders accurately within company systems
Create and maintain accurate product and SKU records
Support stock intake administration and delivery coordination
Assist with intake scheduling and warehouse stock flow coordination
Ensure stock data and system information is accurate and up to date
Support stock uploads, stock movement administration, and system maintenance
Assist with returns administration and stock recalls
Produce stock-related reports and administrative support documentation
Support stock discrepancy and variance administration
Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments regarding stock and PO queries
Work closely with Warehouse, Allocation, Stores, and Buying teams to support operational stock processes
About You The ideal candidate will have:
Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
Strong computer and systems ability
Good Excel skills and confidence working with data
The ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and coordination skills
A proactive and solution-focused attitude
The ability to work accurately under pressure
Experience within stock administration, inventory coordination, purchasing administration, retail operations, warehouse administration, or similar roles would be highly advantageous.
Experience working with stock systems / ERP / WMS platforms is essential.
