Description
Overview The Circular Cups Initiative promotes reusable cup systems at community events to reduce single‑use waste. Following a successful pilot phase, additional operational support is required to assist with expansion and increased event participation. The CE participant will join the Revamp Team and play a key role in the daily management of the reusable cup system.
Key Responsibilities
Clean, sanitise, and inspect reusable cups to required hygiene standards.
Organise and prepare stock for upcoming events.
Assist with collection, return, and storage processes.
Monitor and record inventory levels.
Support transport and distribution logistics.
Assist with event‑day coordination where required.
Promote awareness of sustainability and waste reduction practices.
Maintain equipment and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

Eligibility Eligibility to participate on CE is generally linked to those who are 21 years or over and in receipt of a qualifying social welfare payment for 1 year or more, or 18 years and over for certain disadvantaged groups. Your eligibility will have to be verified by the Department.
