In Room Dining Attendant, Newmarket on Fergus

Dromoland Castle are currently seeking a dedicated and service-focused Full-Time In Room Dining Attendant to join our exceptional hospitality team. This role operates on a 5-over-7-day roster, including weekday and weekend shifts from Monday to Sunday.

As In Room Dining Attendant, you will play an important role in delivering a seamless 5-star guest experience in line with Forbes Five-Star standards throughout the hotel. The successful candidate will support the daily operation of room service while assisting across various food and beverage service areas as required. A strong focus on professionalism, attention to detail, and exceptional guest care is essential in maintaining the luxury standards of the hotel.

• Deliver and collect room service orders to the highest luxury hospitality standards
• Maintain a clean, fully stocked, and organised room service station
• Assist with Afternoon Tea and Gallery Menu service
• Set up and support tea/coffee breaks for meetings and private events
• Support the Fine Dining Restaurant team during busy service periods
• Ensure exceptional guest care and attention to detail at all times

• Previous experience in a similar role within a 4 or 5-star hotel environment
• Friendly, professional, and confident with excellent communication skills
• Highly organised and capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced environment
