INFORM3 are recruiting for a Site Manager based in Ireland, for an extension and Fit-Out on a multi-million euro project . The client requires candidates that are able to work off their own initiative and manage various teams successful.

Managers Key Responsibilities

Report and Liaise with the Project Manager

Review the Project Plan, planning site activities aligned with deadlines

Conduct regular meetings with various site teams, communicating clear duties and tasks

Inspect workmanship ensuring all work is completed to a very high standard

Order in materials when needed

Coordinate Equipment and Machinery

Ensure development is made and recorded in the site diary

Ensure internal and external inspection are passed and processed

Ensure all aspects of Health and Safety are followed and adhered to

Ensure any remedial work is completed prior to occupation

Record any accidents and report these to the relevant parties immediately

Chair and coordinate weekly Site Meetings discussing any pressing issues

Attend Management meetings

Liaise with the client when appropriate

Site Managers Specifications

Fit-Out / Joinery background

4 years plus experience in a similar role

Able to manage and motivate

Sound knowledge of standards and specifications

High attention to detail

Excellent communication skills

Full Driving License
