Personal Lines Insurance Advisor, Sligo

Overview

I’m supporting a leading Irish insurance broker as they continue to grow their Personal Lines teams in both Letterkenny and Sligo. They’re looking to speak with people who are either

fully qualified (APA/CIP)

or

part‑qualified

with one or two exams completed and a strong commitment to finishing the pathway. If you have experience in Personal Lines and enjoy a mix of renewals, client service, and sales activity, this could be a great next step. What you’ll be doing

Managing renewals, MTAs, client queries and retention across Personal Lines Cross‑selling and up‑selling where appropriate Ensuring all documentation, compliance steps and system updates are completed accurately Liaising with clients, insurers, and internal teams to deliver a high‑quality serviceWorking collaboratively with colleagues across multiple departments Supporting customers with a“first‑time‑right” mindset What they’re looking for

APA required (or nearly there)

or

CIP qualified Experience in insurance, brokerage or insurer is

essential Experience in a

fast‑paced insurance environment Strong communication, negotiation and customer‑care skills Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability Comfortable working across multiple systems (knowledge of Relay is an advantage) A proactive, positive attitude and willingness to adapt in a growing, digital‑focused environmentWhat’s on offer
