Emerald Locums are currently recruiting for a

Senior Paediatric Dietitian

on behalf of a Children’s Disability Network Team (CDNT) based in Sligo. This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive multidisciplinary team providing high-quality services to children and families within the community setting.

This is a full-time, 6-month contract offering the opportunity to work within paediatric disability services alongside experienced clinicians and allied health professionals. The successful candidate will work with children presenting with a range of complex developmental, feeding, nutritional, and disability-related needs.

Duties

Provide dietetic assessment and intervention for children with a range of complex needs

Work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary CDNT team

Develop and implement individualised nutritional care plansSupport children with feeding difficulties and complex nutritional requirements

Liaise with families, schools, and external agencies

Maintain accurate clinical documentation and reports

Requirements

Recognised qualification in Dietetics

CORU registration essential

Experience working within paediatric or disability services desirable

Excellent communication and MDT working skills

Full clean driver’s licence and access to own transport preferred
