Multitask Attendant/ Catering Assistant, Chaffpool

Care Network Ireland are currently recruiting qualified Multitask Attendant's, (MTA) for full and part time roles in a Healthcare Faciality based in Co Sligo.

Candidates must be highly motivated and interested in working in Healthcare settings. This position includes HCA, catering and household duties.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in delivering a high standard of holistic care to residents, whilst promoting their equality and dignity at all times
• Carry out assigned and delegated tasks involving direct care and activities under the direction and supervision of the Care Manager
• Act as the named Health care Assistant for specific residents as allocated by the Care Manager
• Carry out assigned housekeeping duties including cleaning, dusting, vacuuming , polishing and moping whilst adhering to Infection, Prevention & Control Policies and Procedures.
• Respect the privacy and dignity of all residents and promote their independence.

Requirements for these Health Care Assistant

• FETAC level 5
• HACCP Level 1 & 2
• Prior experience in a ward setting
• Fluent level of English both written and oral
• Must have valid stamp or visa for employment in Ireland
