Job Description Harbour Lights Nursing Home is a busy 45‑bed facility located in Bruckless, County Donegal. We are looking for full‑time Healthcare Assistants to join our team. The role involves providing assistance to nursing staff and delivering personal and physical care to residents, including daily living activities.

Responsibilities include:

Supporting nursing staff in providing care to residents.

Ensuring residents’ hygiene and personal care needs are maintained to the highest standards while respecting their dignity at all times.

Assisting residents with eating and drinking.

Assisting residents with mobilisation and the use of correct aids.

Escorting or transferring residents as directed.

Adhering to infection control and prevention policy.

Performing any other duties deemed necessary by the clinical team and management.

Qualifications include:

Full QQI Level 5 in Healthcare or a Nursing Degree/Diploma.

Minimum 6 months experience in a similar role.

Enthusiastic, caring and reliable manner.

Good communication skills.
