Our client is seeking a strong

Engineer or Scientist

to join their team as a

Project Manager

to lead the development of innovative veterinary diagnostic products from R&D through to commercial manufacture.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing, fast-paced company working on cutting-edge diagnostic technologies.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end product development projects

Manage project timelines, budgets, resources, and risks

Coordinate cross-functional teams across R&D, Engineering, QA, and Manufacturing

Oversee integration of diagnostic tests with electronic reader systems

Manage Design History Files (DHF) and support quality compliance

Liaise with CMOs and clinical trial partners

Provide regular project updates and forecasts to senior management

Requirements

3–5+ years’ project management experience in medical devices, diagnostics, life sciences, or veterinary sectors

Degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Veterinary Science, or similar

Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Experience with Agile, PMP, PRINCE2, or similar methodologies preferred

Knowledge of regulated product development environments advantageous
