Occupational Therapist, Saint Doolaghs

Trinity Care Group is a well-respected, multi-award-winning Nursing Home Group, part of the international DomusVi Group.

We provide private residential, convalescent, and rehabilitative care in our purpose-built Nursing Homes. We have centres in Dublin, Meath, Louth, Kildare, Kilkenny, and Cavan. We are currently looking to recruit a Full Time Occupational Therapist to support our residents in North and West Dublin Homes.

Brief Summary:

Occupational Therapist will provide tailored and outcome-focused, developed to address the individual goals and specific needs of each resident. Sessions may be delivered on a one-to-one basis or within a group setting, targeting physical, cognitive, and behavioural rehabilitation. Interventions may include support with personal care,  self-management strategies and resident education, 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assessment, intervention and tailored treatment plans for each resident
• Continuous monitoring of the individual's progress
• Collaboration within a multidisciplinary team, including physiotherapist and psychologists

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Recognized qualification in Occupational Therapy
• Minimum of 3 years' post-graduate experience
• CORU registration
