Senior Full Stack Engineer (Java, React, AWS)

We are working with a leading payments company in Dublin who are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join on an initial 6‑month daily‑rate contract. This role is fully onsite and suited to someone who can operate across backend, frontend, and cloud engineering within a high‑availability, high‑transaction environment.

Responsibilities:

Full‑stack development across Java microservices and React UIBuilding scalable, secure, cloud‑native applications on AWSContributing to architecture, solution design, and technical decision‑makingWorking closely with product, QA, and platform teamsCI/CD, containerisation, and deployment ownershipEnsuring performance, reliability, and engineering best practices

Required Experience:

7+ years software engineering experienceStrong hands‑on experience with Java (Spring Boot)Solid commercial experience with React / TypeScriptStrong AWS knowledge (Lambda, ECS/EKS, API Gateway, S3, CloudWatch)Experience working on high‑transaction or payments systems desirableComfortable working onsite in a fast‑paced engineering environment
