Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

 

  • Build & maintain professional relationships with suppliers and vendors and act as a point of contact  
  • Interface with suppliers and Keelings to ensure cost effective strategies  
  • Support with procurement strategies and ensure alignment with company policy and contracts.  
  • Support and lead meetings, tenders, negotiations and communication on behalf of the business.   
  • Generate commercial reports, provide market insights and present to senior leadership when required.  
  • Purchase Order Management activities  
  • Manage and maintain vendor database, including contact information, pricing agreements, and contract details. 



Key Skills & Knowledge

 

Essential:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Be able to perform well under pressure in an ever-changing environment
  • Highly accurate and attention to detail essential
  • Candidates must speak fluent English.
  • Candidate will need their own transport as this role is primarily based in St Margaret's, Co Dublin
  • Previous experience in an FMCG environment would be advantageous
