Job Description Autoglass® Ireland, part of the global Belron® Group, is seeking an experienced Windscreen Technician to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a skilled technician who already has hands‑on experience in vehicle glass repair and replacement and is looking to join a market‑leading company with strong career development opportunities. You will work in a field‑based role, supporting customers at their home, workplace, or onsite location, delivering vehicle glass repair, replacement, and recalibration services to the highest professional standards.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out vehicle glass repair, replacement, and recalibration to industry-leading standards

Deliver exceptional customer service with professionalism and care

Manage daily appointments efficiently while working independently, using any provided tools, equipment, and technology effectively

Maintain company vehicles, stock, and equipment to required standards

Work collaboratively with customer service and support teams to ensure smooth operations

Essential Criteria

Eligibility to work in Ireland

Strong standard of English

Friendly, positive, and customer-focused attitude

Full clean driver’s licence

Proven experience in vehicle glass repair/replacement, panel beating, or automotive repair

Sector: wholesale and retail trade; repair of motor vehicles and motorcycles
