Nurse Care Manager, South Dublin

Heritage Homecare is currently recruiting a qualified and registered Nurse to join our dedicated team as a Homecare Nurse Manager.

The Care Nurse Manager will report to and work alongside the Deputy Operations Manager and will form part of the Heritage Homecare Management Team. This is an exciting management opportunity for someone who really cares, wants to work with an amazing team, and is passionate about delivering the highest standards of care.

The Homecare Nurse Manager will play a pivotal leadership role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care. Key responsibilities include:

• Leading and supporting the Quality Team in maintaining excellence in service delivery and operational standards.
• Overseeing the consistent provision of care that meets the highest standards of quality and regulatory compliance.
• Building and nurturing positive, collaborative relationships with clients, families, healthcare professionals, and other key stakeholders.
• Promoting the organisation's services with professionalism and empathy, ensuring clients and families feel informed and reassured.
• Liaising with the HSE to accept and coordinate new client referrals, with a strategic focus on optimising existing care resources and achieving defined monthly and quarterly growth targets.

Skills and Qualifications

• Nursing qualification and current registration with the NMBI.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with attention to detail.
• Ability to build relationships and work under pressure on own initiative.
• Willing to take accountability.
• You must possess strong leadership and organisational skills and must have a passion for making a difference and delivering quality care.
• Management experience.
• A strong desire to advocate for the elderly in a community setting.
• The ability to multitask, to work under pressure and to use their own initiative.

Desirable Experience

• Previous experience in Homecare/Community based Care Management an advantage but not necessary.
