€35,000 – €40,000 per annum (Depending on experience)

Full-time, Permanent
The Role We are seeking a versatile and motivated individual to join their busy production floor. Our client is open to distinct profiles for this position:
A Strong Manufacturing Operative
- ideally, with direct experience in the signage industry, looking to take on more responsibility.
You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that signage projects are fabricated to the highest standards, on time, and in line with health and safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities
Production&Fabrication:
Oversee or directly contribute to the day-to-day manufacturing of various signage types (e.g., illuminated signs, architectural signage, vinyl application, or CNC-routed materials).
Workflow Management:
Coordinate daily production schedules to ensure client deadlines are consistently met.
Quality Control:
Inspect finished products to guarantee they meet strict quality standards before dispatch or installation.
Team Guidance (Supervisor Level):
Lead, motivate, and organize a small team of operatives, managing daily output and troubleshooting any production bottlenecks.
Safety&Maintenance:
Maintain a clean, organized workshop and ensure all machinery and tools are operated safely in compliance with HSA guidelines.
What We Are Looking For
Proven, hands‑on experience working within the signage industry.
Strong understanding of sign assembly, materials (acrylics, metals, plastics), and workshop machinery.
A self‑starter attitude with the ability to work independently.
Previous experience supervising a team in a manufacturing, fabrication, or light engineering environment.
Excellent organizational and communication skills to manage workflow and delegate tasks effectively.
Ability to read technical drawings and manage production timelines.
Requirements
Full eligibility to work in Ireland without restriction.
Commutable distance to
North Tymon, Tallaght .
A keen eye for detail and a pride in high-quality workmanship.
Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements.
