Job Title: Manufacturing Operator Location: Cashel, Co. Tipperary Salary:€33,000 - €34,000 DOE + 25% Shift Allowance Shift: Rotating Shift Pattern Job Description A Pharmaceutical company we are working with is currently recruiting for a Manufacturing Operator to join its production team in Cashel. This role offers a competitive base salary along with a 25% shift allowance and the opportunity to work in a dynamic, regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Operate manufacturing equipment and processes in accordance with SOPs and GMP standards. Carry out production activities including dispensing, blending, granulation, and compression (as applicable). Monitor process parameters and ensure consistent product quality. Perform equipment set-up, cleaning, and changeovers. Accurately complete batch documentation and production records. Identify and report deviations, faults, or safety concerns. Work collaboratively with Quality, Engineering, and other departments. Maintain high standards of housekeeping and hygiene. Support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives. Requirements Previous experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, food, or manufacturing environments preferred. Experience working with production machinery or automated systems desirable. Strong attention to detail and compliance mindset. Ability to follow strict procedures and documentation practices. Good communication and teamwork skills. Flexibility to work shift patterns.
