Financial Accountant / Assistant Financial Accountant An established and internationally recognised organisation is seeking to appoint a Financial Accountant to join its finance team. This role would suit an ambitious finance professional looking to build their career within a unique and fast-paced international industry environment. The successful candidate will gain valuable exposure across a broad range of financial activities while working within a collaborative and high-performing team. Key Responsibilities Preparation of monthly management accounts, including analysis and investigation of variances Completion of monthly reconciliations Assisting with annual budgeting and forecasting processes Preparation of statutory reporting requirements and liaison with external auditors Providing financial analysis and commercial support to the wider business Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across financial reporting processes and systems Assisting with ad hoc finance projects and other duties as required Candidate Requirements Qualified or Part-Qualified Accountant Strong technical accounting knowledge Excellent IT skills with experience using financial accounting and reporting systems Strong analytical ability and attention to detail Motivated, adaptable, and eager to develop professionally Commercially aware with strong business acumen Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with senior management A very attractive remuneration&benefits package will be offered to the successful candidate.
