Key Responsibilities Drive store performance by achieving and exceeding

sales targets&KPIs .

Review sales reports to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Ensure an engaging shopping experience that

enhances customer loyalty .

Lead,

coach, and inspire

a team to deliver high standards of service and performance.

Create a positive and

motivating work environment

that fosters growth.

Identify training and development opportunities for staff progression.

Customer Experience&Brand Representation: Ensure exceptional customer service

aligning with brand values and expectations .

Lead by example in delivering a

personalised and engaging customer journey .

Handle customer inquiries and resolve escalations efficiently.

Operations&Store Standards: Manage all aspects of

store operations , including

stock control, visual merchandising, and compliance .

Oversee

inventory management

to minimize stock loss and maximize product availability.

Ensure the store is

well-presented, clean, and aligned with brand guidelines .

People&Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews and provide

constructive feedback .

Develop a strong team culture through

clear communication and collaboration .

Ensure adherence to company policies and

health&safety standards .

Skills&Experience Required: Proven experience as a Store Manager

or similar leadership role in

fashion, lifestyle, or premium retail .

Strong

commercial acumen

with a track record of driving

sales and profitability .

Exceptional

team leadership, coaching, and people management skills .

Ability to work in a

fast-paced, customer-focused environment .

Strong understanding of

retail operations, stock management, and visual merchandising .

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
