We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Bar&Restaurant Manager to lead our team and uphold our commitment to excellence. Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of bar and restaurant operations, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management.

Ensure high standards of service, cleanliness, and safety are maintained at all times.

Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and minimize costs while delivering an outstanding guest experience.

Train, mentor, and motivate staff to provide exceptional service and cultivate a positive work environment.

Foster strong relationships with customers, vendors, and the local community to enhance the restaurant's reputation and drive business growth.

Requirements

Proven experience in food and beverage or similar role in a high-volume establishment.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Strong understanding of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and cost control.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
