Administer medications, perform clinical procedures, and monitor service users health status. Accurately document and report any clinical observations, incidents, or changes in condition. Support and supervise healthcare assistants and support staff as part of a multidisciplinary team. Communicate effectively with service users, families, and healthcare professionals. Ensure infection prevention, health and safety, and best practice compliance always. Promote dignity, respect, and independence in all care interactions.
