Conference & Events Supervisor, Cong

We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Conference & Banqueting Supervisor to join our C&B Team at The Lodge at Ashford Castle. 

The main duties of our Conference & Banqueting Supervisor:   To welcome guests, ensuring that they receive a warmwelcome and are attended to without undue delay. To greet and seat guests – taking guest ordersaccurately and in a timely manner. To allocate responsibilities and delegate tasks toother members of the team – following up to ensure that they complete theirduties correctly. To respond to reservation enquiries in accordancewith the standards, at all times being aware of business levels and the need tomaximize sales revenue opportunities.
