Physiotherapist - Senior Grade, 0.45 WTE, Birr Community Nursing Unit, Offaly Community Healthcare Network, Adult Primary Care

Occupational Therapist - Staff Grade, full time, Tullamore Primary Care Centre, Offaly Community Healthcare Network, Children/Young Person’s service Primary Care

Dietician - Staff Grade, full time, Tullamore Primary Care Centre, Offaly Community Healthcare Network, Children/Young Person’s service Primary Care

Occupational Therapist - Senior, 0.45 WTE, Birr Community Nursing Unit, Offaly Community Healthcare Network, Adult Primary Care

Job Responsibilities:

Be responsible for client assessment, development and implementation of individualized treatment plans that are client centered and in line with best practice

Report to the manager as appropriate

Attend staff meetings as appropriate

Document client records in accordance with professional standards and departmental policies

The Candidate:

A recognized qualification with CORU registration

Permission to work in Ireland
