Welcome Advisor - Tullamore

Location: Your primary location is the Tullamore branch, with occasional travel required to Birr.

Contract: 4 months (July - October inclusive)

Salary: €16.48 per hour (equates to €30, annually)

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm, Onsite

We’re looking for an ambitious and motivated individual who wants to kick-start or advance their career in banking.

As a Welcome Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring every interaction is friendly, professional, and efficient. You’ll work as part of a dynamic, supportive team while engaging with both personal and business customers.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service (including cashier duties where required)Guide customers through self-service banking options such as Banking Manage customer flow and ensure a smooth branch experienceUpdate and maintain customer information on internal systemsHandle basic queries and issues confidently and escalate when necessaryShare customer insights to help improve service deliveryEmbrace change, innovation, and learning as part of your daily role
