Opportunity We are seeking Accounting Technicians / Entry-Level Audit Associate to join our growing Audit team. This role is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional to develop a strong foundation in audit and assurance within a structured, supportive, and high-quality learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the delivery of audit engagements in accordance with EY audit methodology and professional standards

Perform audit procedures on key financial statement areas

Prepare audit working papers and documentation in line with audit quality requirements

Assist with walkthroughs and testing of internal controls

Support audit seniors and managers with engagement fieldwork and administration

Interact professionally with client finance teams to obtain audit evidence

Use audit tools and Microsoft Excel to perform and document audit procedures

Take responsibility for assigned tasks and complete them accurately and on time

Qualifications

Accounting Technician qualification (qualified or finalist) or equivalent accounting experience

Strong attention to detail and organised approach to work

Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Willingness to learn and take feedback constructively

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in audit, accounting, or a finance function

Exposure to financial statements prepared under FRS 102 or IFRS
