Corlann South East is looking for bright, ambitious individuals who have a positive attitude towards working with people with an intellectual disability and who are committed to ensuring that their persons supported lead as fulfilling and enjoyable a life as possible.

Role The person appointed will lead a team of residential staff, facilitating choices and delivering supports to individuals regarding their life choices within the context of a person‑centred plan.

Responsibilities&Requirements

Registered by An Board Altranais R.N.I.D is desirable

At least 5 years post‑qualification/registration experience gained with up‑to‑date knowledge of current thinking and practice in services for people with intellectual disability

Adequate training and experience pertinent to people with challenging behaviour and severe to profound intellectual disabilities

Current Irish Driving Licence

At least 3 years of experience at management level in health or social care

Hold a management qualification

Working knowledge and understanding of HIQA standards
