Job Description Ideal candidate will oversee the day‑to‑day operations of their Carbon and Stainless Steel workshops. The role involves ensuring safety and quality standards are met, planning and scheduling production from drawings through to shipment, managing staff performance and training, maintaining documentation and certifications, and supporting continuous improvement of workshop efficiency. The successful candidate will also liaise with management, customers, and the plant team while ensuring equipment maintenance and safe handling of materials and deliveries.

Salary&Hours Full‑time role of 39 hours per week. Annual salary range €65,000–€75,000.
