Office/Project Location: Waterford and South East

Pay: €65K-€80K package based on experience 

Experience: 3+ years in a similar role with main contractors 

Visa: EU passport or Stamp 4 visa required

​Our client is an established buildings and fit out contractor working on projects in Munster and the South East.

They are seeking an experienced Site Manager for current projects based in Waterford and the South East

Trade Background / Qualification or Construction related qualification 

Experience on various types of fit out projects

Responsible for the day to day managing of the site

Maintain a constant drive to achieve production outputs in order to meet targets while maintaining quality standards 

Manage the work flow of sub-contractors ensuring they’re in line with the programme of works on site 

Implement Health & Safety procedures 

Contribute to the delivery of the project on time and within budget. 

Package

€65K-€80K negotiable based on experience

Full time permanent staff role with a strong order book
