Financial Accountant– Waterford City&County Council The Financial Accountant is a senior position within the Finance Department reporting to the Head of Finance. The successful candidate will be responsible for modernising and managing change within the finance function, introducing new initiatives, policies and procedures, and working with multidisciplinary teams.
