Role Overview Carraig Donn has an opportunity for a

Part Time

Sales Advisor

to join the team in City Square S/C, Co. Waterford. The position is 11–16 hours per week, fixed‑term until the end of September, with a possible extension for the Christmas period. Immediate start preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide friendly, helpful and professional assistance to customers.

Support the store team with daily tasks including customer service, till operations, stock replenishment, processing deliveries and merchandising.

Drive sales through conversion, link‑selling and up‑selling while maintaining awareness of store sales targets and KPI’s.

Deliver excellent product knowledge and advise customers on fashion, jewellery and giftware.

Maintain a clean and organized retail environment.

Qualifications

Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills.

Self‑motivated, friendly, helpful and possessing a positive can‑do attitude.

Passionate about the product range and eager to learn.

Full flexibility during weekdays and weekends.

Previous retail experience, particularly in fashion, jewellery or giftware, is desirable.

Immediate availability preferred.
