Retail Pharmacy Team Lead– Full Time We are seeking an experienced and motivated Retail Pharmacy Team Lead to lead the retail side of our busy pharmacy.

Previous experience in retail pharmacy management

Strong leadership and people management skills

Managing and leading a team of 8 colleagues

Responsibilities

Overseeing the day‑to‑day retail operations of the pharmacy

Delivering exceptional customer service standards

Driving retail performance and achieving business goals

Managing stock control, merchandising, and promotions

Supporting and motivating the team to perform at their best

Pay:€27,000.00‑€70,000.00 per year
