An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Director of Nursing to join a well-established, premium nursing home in Waterford. This is a key leadership role for a passionate nursing professional who is committed to delivering outstanding resident-centred care, developing high-performing teams, and driving operational excellence. Working within a supportive organisation that values quality, compassion, and continuous improvement, you will have overall responsibility for the clinical, operational, and strategic management of the home.
