Job Description The successful candidate will ensure the effective and efficient direction and co-ordination of the human, financial and material resources under their control and thereby achieve the stated aims and purpose of the community employment project. For the successful implementation of this role there are several key relationships, which should be fostered and developed. Primarily these will be with the Department of Social Protection, CE participants, IWA staff and volunteers.
