Banqueting Manager - Waterford Salary:€35,000 per annum The Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hospitality industry to search for a Banqueting Manager in Waterford. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven hospitality professional to take ownership of all banqueting and events operations within a busyhotel environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for the planning, coordination, and delivery of high-quality events, ensuring exceptional guest experience and smooth operational execution. The Role Oversee the day-to-day operations of the banqueting department Plan, coordinate, and execute weddings, conferences, and large-scale events Lead and manage the banqueting team to ensure high standards of service delivery Work closely with sales, kitchen, and F&B teams to ensure seamless event execution Conduct event briefings and ensure all operational details are clearly communicated Manage staffing levels, rotas, and on-the-day team coordination Ensure all events are delivered on time, within budget, and to client expectations Maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals Ensure full compliance with health&safety and food hygiene standards Requirements to be Considered Must have experience in hospitality Must have experience in a similar role or be ready to step up in their career Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills Experience managing weddings, banquets, or large-scale events is highly desirable Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Living in Ireland with the right to work in ROI Visa and relocation packages are not provided Salary&Benefits Salary:€35,000 per annum (negotiable depending on experience) Opportunities for career progression within the company Access to professional development and training programmes A dynamic and supportive working environment TPBN1_IJ
