The type of Chef we’re looking for:

Minimum 2 year’s experience in a busy kitchen, preferably in contract catering Genuine passion for food and delivering high standards Dependable, flexible, and available during weekdays (full time hours cannot be guaranteed) Manual Handling and HACCP certification (training can be provided) Culinary qualification is a bonus, but not required
