Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Manager (CNM) based in Wexford to provide clinical leadership and ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care in our nursing home. Reporting to the Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) or Director of Nursing (DON), the CNM will oversee day-to-day nursing operations, support staff, and ensure compliance with clinical governance standards.Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise nursing staff, providing mentorship, guidance, and performance support. Oversee care planning, clinical documentation, and resident assessments. Ensure medication management and clinical practices comply with HIQA standards and company policies. Conduct audits, monitor hygiene, and support risk management initiatives.Foster effective teamwork and communication across the clinical team. Engage with residents, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure person-centred care. Skills&Attributes

Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills. Ability to motivate and develop staff while maintaining high standards of care. Results-driven, flexible, and proactive in problem-solving. Qualifications&Experience
