Operations Manager– Wexford

Our client, a prominent player in multiple sectors, including agricultural, utility chambers, outdoor sports recreation products, waste water tanks, is seeking a dynamic General Manager.

As theGeneral Manager, you will be responsible for improving efficiency and increasing business profitability, while managing the company’s overall operations. Key responsibilities include:

Manage all staff and cultivate a dynamic, inclusive, and forward-thinking workplace environment for the entire team.

Drive strategic initiatives to achieve business growth in line with the company vision plan.

Collaborate to enhance business governance and metrics, extracting valuable insights to steer key business decisions.

Proactively research and identify business opportunities.

Oversee all aspects of HR, including pivotal hiring decisions.

Delegate responsibilities to team leaders, providing encouragement and motivation.

Manage both customer and employee expectations effectively.

Identify and address areas of waste within the business.

Spearhead recruitment efforts to build a winning and expanding team.

Address ad-hoc issues with agility.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a senior leader.

Experience in planning and budget management.

Proficiency in Lean principles.
