About the Role As a

Home Delivery Driver , you’ll be the friendly face of our store, bringing customers’ shopping straight to their door with care, professionalism and a smile. This role is all about great service: making sure every order arrives on time, in perfect condition, and leaves a positive impression of Pettitt’s SuperValu.

You’ll take real pride in representing our brand, interacting with customers, and helping make their day a little easier.

What You’ll Be Doing

Deliver online and telephone shopping orders to customers across the local area

Load, prepare and safely operate a delivery vehicle

Ensure every order is delivered accurately, efficiently and with care

Provide a warm, helpful and professional experience for every customer

Handle customer queries politely and in line with store policies

Actively live and promote SuperValu’s brand values: Genuine, Passion for Food, Vibrant, Committed, Innovative&Imaginative

What We’re Looking For

A

full, clean B Driving Licence

is essential

Previous delivery driving experience is an advantage, but not essential

Strong organisational and time-management skills

Excellent communication and customer service skills

A positive, reliable and flexible attitude

Great attention to detail

Ability to work well both independently and as part of a busy team
