Site Manager - Large Residential Project Location: Wexford Town

Salary:€80,000 - €90,000 DOE

We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager for a large residential construction project based in Wexford Town. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established contractor at the very beginning of a major development, offering long-term work and strong career progression opportunities.

The Role The successful candidate will take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of the site, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, to the highest quality standards, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

Manage all on-site operations from groundworks through to completion

Coordinate subcontractors, site staff, and suppliers

Ensure works are completed in line with programme schedules

Maintain high standards of health and safety on site

Conduct regular site meetings and progress reporting

Monitor quality control procedures and ensure compliance

Requirements

Proven experience as a Site Manager on residential construction projects

Strong understanding of construction processes and site management

Excellent organisational and leadership skills

Ability to manage subcontractors and coordinate multiple trades

Strong health and safety knowledge
