What Skills You Need ACCA or ACA (or equivalent) qualified accountant with aminimum of three years accounting experience in a public practice or accounting firm. Strong technical accounting knowledge, exceptional attention to detail, and an understanding ofIrish accounting and tax regulations. Excellent organisational, interpersonal, and communication skillsessential for managing deadlines, client relationships, and team leadership.
