Site Manager, Wexford

Site Manager (Housing): An established main contractor is seeking a Site Manager to oversee a housing project located in Wexford. We are looking for a candidate with a background in managing projects of similar scale within the housing sector. Requirements: 5+ years experience at Site Management level working a main contractor or developer High volume housing experience preferable (40 units +) Proven track record of managing high-volume high-quality housing projects (Ireland or UK) Strong leadership and team management abilities Excellent attention to detail Role&Duties: Ensure that works are carried out in compliance with planning, H&S, quality standards Full responsibility for project out-turn from tender stage through construction and handover Support management of project budget in conjunction with the wider team QS etc. You will prepare project, programme, risk management plans Responsible for flow of information to site teams, key stakeholders and partners, on your site Manage the site team, both direct and indirect, ensuring the project is running to programme Package: Basic salary circa€70k -€80k Travel Allowance / Company Van Pension How to Apply: If youre interested in this role please send your CV to or callAlannah Mongeyonfor a confidential discussion.
