Stepping Stones Care Ltd, was established in 2008 we provide residential care to children and Adults with ID and Autism. This is a small service for people with high care needs. Duties Support the team to ensure that the service you provide complies with the applicable HIQA regulations. Sufficient professional knowledge to carry out the duties and responsibilities of the role. Ensure compliance with record keeping is in line with legislation and HIQA requirements. Work directly with individuals and completing administrative tasks relating to the day-to-day running of the house. Be highly organised, have excellent report writing and IT and time management skills. Flexibility and openness to change Our ideal candidate Relevant qualifications of QQI Level 5 in Healthcare Experience supporting children/adults with intellectual disabilities and/or autism. Experience in a HIQA regulation environment and supporting children/adults with intellectual disabilities Excellent organisational and communication skills Strong knowledge of HIQA Standards.
