Our client works closely with young people to protect and support them in building resilience, recovering from early life trauma, and reaching their full potential—giving them the opportunity for a brighter future.

We are currently accepting applications from Social Care Workers to join the team at the Avoca service in Wicklow, working as part of a committed residential care team supporting vulnerable young people.

The Role

As a Social Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing a safe, supportive, and nurturing residential environment where young people can feel secure, valued, and empowered.

Essential Criteria

To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following requirements:

A Level 7 qualification in one of the following disciplines:Social Care, Applied Social Studies, Applied Social Studies in Social Care, Social Care Practice, or Social WorkA full, clean manual driver’s licence valid in IrelandKnowledge of the Irish National Standards in Children’s Residential CentresLegal eligibility to work in Ireland
