Social Care Worker - Wexford/Wicklow

Our client are a specialist social care provider delivering Residential, Day and Outreach Services for children and adults with Disabilities and Autism, supporting individuals to realise their potential and live meaningful, inclusive lives.

We are currently recruiting Social Care Workers to join on a permanent basis across Residential Services

The Role

As a Social Care Worker, you will:

Provide person-centred support in residential, day or community settingsPromote independence, wellbeing and social inclusionAct as Key Worker Assist individuals to achieve personal goals and develop life skillsMaintain accurate recordsContribute to a safe, positive and empowering environment

Applicant Requirements

QQI Level 7 Degree in Social Care (or equivalent)Registration with CORUFull manual driver’s licence (essential)A genuine interest in working with people with disabilities or autismStrong communication, empathy and teamwork skillsFlexibility and a person-centred approach to care
