Concierge, Wicklow

Druids Glen Hotel and Golf Resort is seeking to a recruit a concierge team member to join the highly successful Front Office team for the position of Front Door Host /Concierge. The hours involved will include both early and late shifts and will include mid-week and weekend work.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure a hospitable and professional atmosphere at the main door and occasionally in the lobby area
• Greeting guests at their cars as they arrive, assisting with luggage and providing directions to the front desk
• Valet parking
• Providing the highest level of service in an efficient and courteous manner while following Druids Glen standards, procedures and policies at all times. 
• Handling all guest requests and fulfilling them as quickly as possible.
• Ensuring that the guests first impression is memorable
• This role may also include some Front Desk Duties

The ideal candidate will have the following experience:

• Experience of working within a Hotel's Concierge
• Previous experience working with a computerised Front Office system is desirable but not essential
• Knowledge of the Wicklow area is vital
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Full clean drivers' licence is essential.
