We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Store Manager to lead a high-profile flagship fashion retail store in South Dublin. This is a standout opportunity to take full ownership of a key location within a business that continues to go from strength to strength.

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will have the autonomy to shape store performance, lead your team, and deliver an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced, style-led environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing team to consistently achieve sales targets Take full ownership of store KPIs, driving performance through strong commercial decision-making Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and ongoing team development Plan and manage staff rotas in line with business needs and peak trading periods Analyse sales and performance data, implementing strategies to maximise results Ensure exceptional visual merchandising and premium store presentation standards Manage stock control, replenishment, and seasonal transitions effectively Maintain compliance with all operational, health & safety, and company procedures

Skills & Experience:

Proven experience as a Store Manager within fashion retail or a similar fast-paced environment Strong leadership capability with a track record of building and motivating successful teams Highly commercial, with a results-driven mindset and strong business acumen Excellent organisational and communication skills Passion for retail and delivering an outstanding customer experience Interest or experience in outdoor sports or lifestyle retail is a distinct advantage
