Salary:€29,406 – €32,448 DOE

The Role As a Support Worker, you will provide high-quality, person-centered support in a small residential care setting, empowering individuals to live meaningful, independent lives.

Providing person-centered support tailored to individual needs, promoting independence, self-care, and community integration.

Working collaboratively with individuals to set, review, and achieve personal goals.

Supporting daily living activities while promoting dignity, autonomy, and informed choice.

Essential Requirements

Minimum FETAC Level 5 Major Award in Healthcare Support, Social Care, or equivalent.

Strong English communication, IT, report writing, and planning skills.

Full, clean driving licence (mandatory).

Subject to Garda Vetting.

Ability to provide two references.

Legal right to work in Ireland– no sponsorship provided.

Strong commitment to safeguarding and best practice.

Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.

Acceptable Qualifications

QQI Level 5 Major Award in Healthcare Support.

Pre-Nursing Studies.

Professional Qualification in Teaching (excluding TEFL).

Family Support Practitioner qualification (minimum Level 6 NFQ).

Equivalent nationally recognised qualification in social care, childcare, family support, or education.

Career Development&Progression

Progression to Senior Support Worker and Social Care Worker roles.

Support towards Level 7 and Level 8 qualifications.
